Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga is the science and art of harmony through movement, breath and concentration. It is renowned for its health giving properties, including physical fitness, mental clarity and spiritual awareness. Many people find that regular yoga practice becomes an important part of their daily living.
Some of our members now offer Yoga classes and Yoga therapy.
