Winged Prayer
Healing through Winged Prayer can help you immeasurably, as it enhances the body's ability to heal itself on all levels. It is ideal if you are unable to visit a Healer and it can also supplement the healing you may already be receiving.

Every evening Healers and Meditators around the world tune in to send Winged Prayer (distant healing) at 9:00 pm local time. If 9:00 pm is not a good time for you, then find another suitable time to sit quietly to draw on the healing energy.

To benefit from the healing energy sit quietly and undisturbed a few minutes before 9:00 pm (or your chosen time). Ask inwardly to receive the healing energy and feel open to doing so. Trust that you are receiving exactly what you need.

It is helpful to sit for 5 or 10 minutes if possible. The best guide is to stay as long as it feels right to do so.

When you are ready to finish, it is good to bring the experience to a close by giving thanks within for the healing. To help you to tune in to Winged Prayer every day it can be helpful to set aside a regular time for this practice.

If you would like to receive healing through Winged Prayer please contact ISRHA and tell us your name and the place where you live, the exact address is not necessary.

If you know of someone who you feel would benefit from Winged Prayer please ask their permission before requesting healing for them. We ask you to gain their permission so there is no danger of infringing their free will. Of course if the person concerned is too ill to speak with or is unable to understand, then please explain these circumstances when you contact ISRHA.
